Oxygen Regen Analyzer Upgrade

The oxygen regen analyzer is a system that is integral to the safety trip for the unit. A history of reliability concerns due to sensor plugging initiated the clients seeking an upgraded system. C2C Technical Services provided a new design and navigated unexpected hurdles in the design review process resulting from turnover in the client’s facility. C2C developed a plan to keep the project moving by working with vendor and site engineering to recommend changes to control, instrumentation, and overpressure protection and identified new hazards due to changes in system design.
